The Trigger Point Rocker was developed by Dr Aaron Fu – a doctor of physical therapy who’s seen his fair share of problems when it comes to body pains. With the pandemic forcing most people to stay in their homes, Dr Fu hopes to provide an inexpensive way to relieve neck, shoulder, and back trouble, all without the need to leave the comfort of your residence.
Created using durable yet flexible material, the Trigger Point Rocker is a plank of sorts with carefully placed knobs that target pains from the upper neck all the way down to the lower back. It’s a one-size-fits-all device that comes in two levels of firmness depending on how serious your pain or stiffness is.

Focuses on Trigger Points
Trigger points are areas of tightly contracted muscle that can cause stiffness, pain, and even tension headaches. These trigger points may be the result of bad posture, previous injuries, long periods without movement, or just repetitive motions. The Trigger Point Rocker alleviates these through well-placed knobs across the device that target specific areas of your body.
Two Firmness Options
The device comes in two firmness options: standard and heavy firmness. Standard provides a moderate amount of pressure while the heavy option is extra-firm with max pressure.
Neutral Spine Position
The movements and activities we perform throughout the day cause our spines to compress. The Trigger Point Rocker was designed with a shape that helps realign the spine back to its natural position.
The Trigger Point Rocker was developed to work with people of varying body shapes and sizes. It should perform just fine with users between 150 to 200 cm tall and below 136 kg.
|Height Range||150 – 200 cm (5’0” – 6’6”)|
|Maximum Weight||136 kg (300 pounds)|
The Trigger Point Rocker sports a delightfully simple design that’s straightforward and easy to figure out. Its base is glossy black while the top portion is rubberized and textured all around, with a few dome-shaped knobs in strategically placed locations.
The top part of the device comes in either muted black or orange depending on your preference. You’ll find that the Trigger Point Rocker is curved in just the right places in order to promote neutral spine alignment which is both healthy and relaxing.
If you suffer from neck, back, and shoulder pain or would just like to strengthen your muscles in those areas while improving your posture, then the Trigger Point Rocker is just the ticket. It’s incredibly easy to use, can be utilized while laying down or in a seated position, and it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes for the device to provide noticeable relief for your sore muscles.
And the best part is you won’t have to worry about it emptying your wallet as the Trigger Point Rocker is very affordable. It doesn’t take up much space either and can easily be stowed away in your closet or under your bed.
Its maximum allowed weight of 300 pounds is a little on the low side especially for countries with people who are a bit heavier than most, but that shouldn’t be a problem for the majority of users.
